Israeli Occupation Continues Strict Closure on oPt for 8th Day |

The Israeli occupation forces continued the full seal of the West Bank and Gaza Strip for the eighth day consecutively , that in effective on late Tuesday under the pretext of the Jewish Passover festivals as the arbitrary decision included the closing of the crossing between the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Earlier the Israeli occupation force had decided to close the Palestinian territories for three days then afterwards extended the closure until the early of May.
For the second day in row Israeli occupation forces shut down Salheddin Road, which connects and northern and southern Gaza Strip provinces.
IPC correspondent in southern Gaza said that Israeli soldiers manning the military checkpoints of Al Matahen and Abu Holi, south of the town of Deir El Balah, abruptly closed the checkpoints, banning civilians from continuing their way to their homes or working places in northern Gaza provinces.
Today morning, the Israeli troops have opened the two checkpoints fore less than a half and hour then once again closed it hindering the movement of the civilians. The IPC's reported that deprived thousands of the citizens to reach their workplaces as well as hundred of the vehicles lined up for more than one kilometer, waiting access.
The Israeli occupation force frequented the closure of the two checkpoints, prohibiting any passing through them and mostly often launched campaigns of arrests and searching under heavy gunfire.
At a time the Israeli forces imposed a strict and full closure on the free movement of the citizens in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, it allowed thousands of the settlers to enter Gaza Strip to take part in a rally Wednesday to protest the summer Israeli withdrawal from the illegally built settlements of the strip
Thousands of the settlers poured into Gaza strip yesterday evening in abide by the settlers leaders to impede the settler evacuation pan from the strip. The leaders of the setters expected that 100,000 Jews in such gathering which coincided with Passover holiday but other sources said the protesters numbered 30,000-40,000.
In Hebron, the associated press news agency reported that the Israeli occupation forces plotted to reinstate the occupation in the city.
AP quoted Israeli security sources that the Israeli occupation authorities is planning to build a Wall, separating the PNA controlled areas and these controlled by the Israeli army and settlers.
Elsewhere, the Israeli troops stormed in balata refugee camp today morning, east of Nablus city and arrested the citizen Mohammed Al Rayhi, 21, after searching his house and turning it downturn.
